This post made me realize that a certain horizon is crossed when J. Peterson's simping for working class men while opposing communism becomes indistinguishable from a communist promoting his ideology.

Most right wingers like JP want leftism. They just can't get over the label.

There's a reason why the right in general has spent so long demonizing the left aesthetically instead of on the merits.

Theres a less than subtle difference from advocating for the wellbeing of working people in a capitalist society and overthrowing it to institute a communist society. FDR's New Deal wasn't a communist plot.

In and of itself, no it wasn't.

Was it a necessary stepping stone to get there?
Chet Ubetcha it is.

You ever had to manage people?
You conspiracy theorists always think there's these 14 magic people in a bunker that direct the entire world view.
I bet money you couldn't manage 15 construction workers to do what you wanted..
It takes a LOT of communication and open thought process to get a specific desired result.
FYI the Illuminati cant control everything meeting 4x a year over some scotch and virgins.

Of coarse not.
But you can create a self regulating system based on your policies/desires.

In fact, you are attempting to self regulate me right now with what you just said.

How does one self-regulate another person?

It's simple.
institute a law or policy to take a large pro-left leap forward.
Let the conservatives rage and complain.
Taking the large leap to a small step.
Left is happy but want more change.
Right is happy cause felt they made them backstep.

When is reality the small step is all you wanted in the first place.
Rinse and repeat till you get from where you are to where you want to be.

The New Deal was precisely the kind of policy that guided America far away from communism.
Trends are pressure-based and cyclical. America in the 1930s was experiencing the kind of extreme economic pressures that could have empowered communists, and the liberal policies of social welfare, work programs and regulation relieved those pressures. If the economy had kept buckling, America might have avoided the war and the country might have imploded as the communists wanted. Its healthy for a country to exercise these kind of safety valves without blowing up.

Considering that u/theCrossbones is likely not in the position to be able to implement laws or policies at any scale, how does that user self-regulate you?
