I'm large proponent of being left the hell alone.
What system do I need for that?
Socialism is your best bet.
Here is capitalist America:

People did that and they're like "NOT AT WILL LIKE THAT" and their CEO asked a judge to file an injunction to stop the employees from quitting and stop them from being able to be hired at this new place while new employees are being recruited. These are employees who approached this place with their offers and asked to me matched and they were told they weren't worth it. Judge believes in serfdom and is going along.

APPLETON - It was unclear whether a group of former ThedaCare employees would be allowed to start their new jobs at Ascension Northeast Wisconsin Monday after lawyers for both health systems made their first appearance in court Friday morning.
The uncertainty is the latest development in a battle over health care employees that began late Thursday and is now playing out in court. It comes as staff shortages strain health systems nationwide — nearly one in five health care workers have quit their jobs since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
ThedaCare requested Thursday that an Outagamie County judge temporarily block seven of its employees who had applied for and accepted jobs at Ascension from beginning work there on Monday until the health system could find replacements for them.
The employees were part of an 11-member interventional radiology and cardiovascular team, which can perform procedures to stop bleeding in targeted areas during a traumatic injury or restore blood flow to the brain in the case of a stroke. Each of them were employed at-will, meaning they were not under an obligation to stay at ThedaCare for a certain amount of time.
Outagamie County Circuit Court Judge Mark McGinnis granted ThedaCare's request and held an initial hearing Friday morning. The case will get a longer hearing at 10 a.m. Monday.
If you want to be left alone then stop voting for people who will force you to do things.
Judges are honestly the biggest problems in America right now. It is becoming clear that they are incredibly underqualified for the tasks they are they appointed to do.
https://www.fox2detroit.com/news/michigan-judge-who-berated-cancer-patient-for-weeds-apologizes-i-made-a-mistakeGuy dying of cancer, going through chemo, his son went out of town for work and dudes yard grew over "I would throw you in jail for this if I could". He should be able to sue that judge for trauma endured from that credible threat to his life.
This guy tossed out his own sentence on a guy's raping of a woman:

At a May 30, 2021, graduation party, Clinton raped a 16-year-old girl. The girl told the court that she woke up with Clinton stuffing a pillow in her face to muffle her screams while he raped her.
Another judge tries to send a rapist to the army, as if we want that kind of scum in our platoons:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2022/01/13/kentucky-sexual-assault-military-jail-price/Fucking judges are the problem. They need to be more qualified. Most of them win popularity contests in their home town. Good Ole Boys club is the enemy of meritocracy and being left alone.
