Your socialist utopia cannot exist. Quit making excuses for it.

Glad to see you acknowledge that I totally destroyed any point you were trying to make. If you had any defense you would have responded with content instead of getting mad after all.

The most rationed healthcare system in the first world is the United States. We have millions of people who dont even get to participate because they cant afford the cost. Remember that when you think XXXX system would result in rationed services.

In the US, should you chose to pay for an operation, you can. My understanding is that was not an option for her, hence a sunny Florida vacation.

Rand Paul caught a bunch of shit for going to a private healthcare provider in Canada for his surgery last year iirc.

Just bought my first home, under 30, im single, work in a public service job and in a desirable area for houses 20 mins from the best beaches in the world

Idk mang, was hard, but doable

It is not palace either

Do you own the property? Or does the bank? Not trying to throw rocks, but a lot of people are 'first time home buyers' with very low downpayment and 30 year loan with mandated PMI on top of it. IMO you don't own until 100%.

Of course the bank does, 30 year loan is pretty standard? Im paying extra. Lmao it is a house dude. Pretty sure the majority of people who get a house do a 30 year loan. Plus is it not better to put my money towards a mortgage anyway than rent..

So you are transitively an indentured servant for the bank which is standard. You are right though, rents are higher than equivalent mortgages by ~4% (in my region). Hopefully the market is nice to you though, Zillow was predicting 2020 correction. Long term equity probably a safe bet though.

Lol... people have to work dude

If i was married with a second income the house would be paid off in a decade...my career is pretty stable though and i could find work else wise

You kinda are damaging my psyche because i have been pretty decent with financial spending. Almost everyone who knows me says im cheap af. But ive still had fun and enjoyed myself. I do not find myself as some wage slave because im under 30 paying a mortgage... the only shitty part is the government fucking up the market and my house probably being worth more than it would be and the mortgage insurance itself slowing me down to pay off the principal

Liberals are pretty upset about health care rationing in the United States I don't know you're talking about.

There are so many fighting for health insurers to be the rationers and I'm on team f**** that.

You put too many stars on your fuck.
