I'd say we are in some shit, and a lot of that has to do with fearmongerers who don't know about the religion, spreading whatever message they please about it.
I'd say all of us giving an attempt to read up on it before speaking about it would probably make things a little better.

That study is pretty useless, as it is based on what religion people claim. No one wants to say that they're atheist, so the people who were raised atheist that went to a church a few times and decided to say that religion will greatly outnumber the people who haven't been to church in years and could care less about whether or not god exists, but would still claim to be the religion of their rearing.

A very important point that few people who argue it don't seem to get.

Teaching children religion is wrong. Teaching children about religion isn't.

On a serious note, the atheist lacks foundation for belief. The root of morality is rotted in their mind.

They can only base their positive morality on various philosophies and ideologies which are ultimately have no significant social or spiritual implications. There morality is as up to debate as anything in this world devoid of higher meaning.

In terms of a healthy society, atheism is one of the most damaging ideologies out there, one where life is robbed of meaning and worth.

It all follows into a conclusion of self-obsession. There can be no pride from nation, faith or culture. These things are denounced. The only things people derive worth from are their possessions (blatant materialism) and their own inflated egos.

Pat Condell mostly hates on Islam, being hes from over there in Europe and theyre taking over like crazy. I love him though, ive watched his videos for years. Some can be a bit, tasteless lol, but for the most part I enjoy his rants.


Im definitely an atheist, I dont believe that any evidence could possibly exist in our dimension and our universe and our reality - however if it was presented I wouldnt reject it. Ive been accused of being more agnostic due to this belief but I feel like Agnos truly believe that there might be evidence out there and that just all current religions are wrong.

But for any group of individuals who believe anything at all, if there is evidence placed that counters what you believe and you reject it, youre a fool.

I don't know a single nihilist and only very few moral subjectivists, but ok.
