equations that take into account the exact shape of the building, columns, the explosion etc
the fires intensity and distribution
the evolution of the whole process over time until collapse.

the explosion was not on the inside however! this silly report assumes out of the blue that 25% of it was inside... on what basis?! maybe only 5% of the explosion went inside!
and u might be confusing heat transfer with the explosion shockwaves... they are different things. a large firecracker can knock an icecube out of place but it wont melt it

100% of the plane ended up inside, it would make sense that a large enough percentage of the explosion was inside to weaken the pillars..

Well in my estimate id say that enough fuel exploded inside to damage the structure of the building.
