He has the right, should he wish, he can legally marry a woman, the same can be said of a straight man, a bisexual man, or any man.

There is no legal distinction between gays and straights, they are treated equally by the law. A particular action (a union between two men) is not being acknowledged, but the individuals are afforded equal rights under the law.

Marriage is legal institution, all people should be equal under the law in a moral society. Gays are not afforded equality under the law as they are not allowed to exercise their rights while others are.

Yeah because marrying someone you have no attraction toward so you can ascertain rights like everyone else is a grand idea.

We want to have the same rights and benefits with someone of the same sex, and there isn't a reason why we shouldn't be allowed such ability.
