Oh I know it's prolific. Lots of people believe in Santa Claus, chemtrails, that 9-11 was an inside job, and that Jewish reptiles run the world. That don't necessarily make it so.

Lots of people are skeptics, but that doesn't mean that everything that sounds wacky is false.

Yes, that is why we should carefully examine these claims, to see if they have any potential to describe reality. This 2012 is a complete load of poop. It doesn't include a mechanism (a force) that is supposed to cause the huge problems/changes in the year 2012.

When you say "it" and refer to "2012 poop" you seem to lump all of the disinformation together with the actual historical evidence or what remains of it, and fact, to create your own idea of "if it smells like shit, it must be shit" so who are we to say your view of smelly poop isn't the truth? Consciousness is the mechanism, or force you are searching for, at least in my opinion and many others also. It's what ties us all together. Just as humanity has a consciousness so do the planets. They are also living organisms, all conscious and aware, and instead of looking out into a dead vacuum of lifeless space, you have to realize that life is everywhere, all around you, connected through consciousness.

That and the curious pattern of fractals all throughout the universe.

Yes, but there's not going to be any kind of planetary alignment in 2012, tbh, so that part's sort of bunk.
