The same logic as applied to any other country in the world
If you enter Japan illegally and have a life threatening injury, would they deny you care?
If its an acute emergency, they will operate to save your life, at their own expense. Then as soon as you're stable they will deport you, possibly charge you with a crime potentially imprison you, definitely try to forcibly recoup the costs if possible. If you have a chronic condition like cancer or diabetes or whatever and just want to use their healthcare system? They'll boot you the fuck out.

Democrats want a healthcare system where anyone in the world can just walk across our border and receive free taxpayer funded healthcare, indefinitely, with no limits. Hell they want cosmetic surgeries for illegal aliens, and its already happening in some cities. Its an obviously unsustainable expense, makes no sense logically or financially. Our healthcare spending has ballooned astronomically and we can't have a nationalized system unless we slash the difficult costs, yet democrats want to inflate with preposterously unnecessary costs.

I am not american, so Trump specifically does not factor into my policy wants.

That being said, as a "leftie", in no particular order:
- less burden on people earning their income
- more taxes on people who don't (i.e. higher progressive capital gains tax, actual enforcement of inheritance tax, more focus to close tax loopholes and recover losses from tax fraud)
- higher incentives for people to own their home, higher costs for existing living spaces as investments
- keeping right-wing populists far away from power
- liveable wages for everyone who works
- dignified life for everyone who can't work
- less subsidies for outdated technologies like coal
- less dependency on russia, be it by gas or straigt up being bought (this goes hand in hand with keeping the right-wing populists out)

I feel sorry for folks who get duped by misinformation. But people who spread it knowingly for the sole purpose of spreading misinformation are something else.

I’ve seen it. Democrats in the 2020 primary (and all politicians usually in primaries) spouted a bunch of stupid ass ideas trying to out extreme each other. Things such as reparations, decriminalizing the border, etc. They’ve basically all walked that back these days. Presenting that as the current Democratic Party platform that 100% of democrats advocate for is dishonest as shit. knows that and that’s why he does it. Distort and misinform is his modus operandi on PARD these days.
