Btw i saw some story about federal governement paying 230 000 $ Foxconn for each job they will create.
I guess theres definitely some something crooky behind that.

Oh, walker is saying it will create 22k in making the huge plant. That's likely not off. I'm curious how many the plant itself will employ. It will surely employ a massive shipping dept

'economic incentives' means tax breaks. They aren't paying $3 billion from their coffers, they're letting foxconn deduct $1.5 billion job creation tax credits, $1.35 billion capital investment tax credits and $150 million sales and use
Wisconsin couldn't go out tomorrow and give $230,000 to 13,000 people 'instead' of paying $3 billion to foxconn, because they'd have to get that money from somewhere

tax credits to attract businesses has been a big point of competition between US states and is pretty normal, even if its a bad practice
