what part of him (and most republican states) being in favour of kids being forced to give birth to babies, even from rape or incest, do you not understand? they are openly saying so, it's in their laws - no exceptions! it's their proudest victory in a long time, their christo-fascist wet dream come true. are you going to pretend like you can't read again? like when you claimed that uncle clarence going after gay marriage and contraception was made up, even though he explicitly wrote so in his concurring opinion? guess that's just your go to move, lol.
also, i SEE and i KNOW that states do whatever they want. that's not the argument here. my point is that red states are being shitholes for doing so concerning abortions - do you disagree with that?
I disagree with laws getting passed without regard to the Constitution or it's Amendments.
This abortion thing is just a side note. If Congress wants an "Abortion Amendment", then they should ratify one.
Once you start allowing rulings that fallaciously claim Constitutional support... you might as well just ignore the Constitution altogether.
To you, ignoring the US Constitution may seem a good thing. To me it doesn't.
As usual, I still wonder, why the way the US handles it's internal affairs, concerns you at all.
It's not like the overturning of Roe v Wade affects Germany.
No need to worry... we have plenty of people IN the US to argue against the overturning of Roe V Wade without your support.

Personally, I think 8-10 weeks is plenty of time for a woman to decide. I also think that the time to decide is not after conception, but before... "bumping ugly".
I've made many mistakes in my life, but one of them was NOT getting a woman pregnant, by accident.
Lastly, if we ONLY make laws to reel in the psychos, then we can pretty much give up any notion of freedom.
