Furthermore though, I dont think its even desirable to do any of those things by govt mandate, i think it will be way more seamless and efficient to just allow free markets to operate. Solar panels have come a long way and will continue to do so and graduallyreplace other means of power, giving time for many people in the industry to retire or change fields
Im still voting trump as i still firmly believe that presidents have enough say to say no to getting us into another war and i think Trump is far less likely (less political lobbyist baggage) to get us into another expensive war than biden.
school buses aren't purely the free market tho. for several reasons. 1, the tax payer foots the bill. 2, if a bus company already exists in a school district with only 1 school there is no competition.
like what are you gonna do? start a school bus company in a town that already has one and hope to outbid them?
i'd be fine with low emissions school buses, but it could be tricky to implement. we dont own the buses as a country, but also competition is nonexistent in many places.
