In South Korea atm, whenever they talk about North it's about reunification. Pretty cool country though, but Russian women > Korean women.

are they talking about the korean reunification in the sense of "I cant wait until we finally grow together again" or in the sense of "my god, the reunification is gonna ruin us"?

Kinda hard to gauge. They talk about how they are one people but they also don't mention anything about cost

I once read somewhere that the korean unification would cost the south about 4 times as much as the german reunification cost the west. which already was quite a lot and really stretching it. on top of that, the koreas have been separated a lot longer now than germany was back then. and the north korean regime is much worse and culturally oppressive than the former GDR ever was. west and east germans were culturally still very similar. I once also read somewhere that even the languages in north and south korea have been taking on separate paths and developed significant differences.
