Still waiting for those telegram links buddy.
I watch every gore video that gets published to the internet for the last 15 years.
I know you are lying because I would of not only seen it if it were true, but I would of saved it and made gifs of it.

I am not going to send telegram links in d2jsp there are kids wandering these forums
Besides the fact that that gore is illegal

If we're going for a moralizing lens I'm pretty sure I see the difference between wanton and systemic rape and murder of innocents done out of genocidal hatred at an entire population, and an isolated case of rape done out of revenge against a single terrorist.
You don't have to delve into rudderless moral relativism to understand that they aren't comparable, and at the same time you have to be deep in a rabbit hole to deny the facts when they are plainly laid out and pretend it didn't happen.

The hatred is so strong there is no moral lens

goom there are so many instances, your an intelligent guy, go read about them. its not an isolated instance.

United Nations Report: The Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory and Israel released a report on September 11, 2024, highlighting mistreatment in Israeli Prison Service facilities. The report documents instances of physical and verbal abuse, including death threats, beatings with batons and wooden sticks, and the use of dogs to intimidate and attack prisoners. Female detainees faced inadequate food, water, and unhygienic conditions, with pregnant women being denied medical care. Children were subjected to extreme violence during arrest, detention, interrogation, and release, with reports of beatings, sleep deprivation, and stress positions.

United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) Report: An internal UNRWA report, based on interviews with released Palestinian detainees, details widespread abuse, including sexual assault. Women detainees reported being groped while blindfolded, and some male prisoners stated they were beaten in the genitals. One detainee recounted being forced to sit on an electrical probe, resulting in burns.

Physicians for Human Rights Israel (PHRI): PHRI reported that a Palestinian detainee was brought to an Israeli public hospital in life-threatening condition with injuries indicative of severe sexual assault. The organization has raised concerns about similar allegations at the Sde Teiman detention facility.

Physicians for Human Rights Israel: This organization has reported on abuses in Israeli detention facilities, including disconnecting power and water supplies, confiscating possessions, restricting prisoners to their cells, preventing access to medical clinics, and severe physical violence. They have also highlighted the restriction of visits by legal representatives and other officials, raising concerns about the treatment of Palestinian detainees.

Palestinian Return Centre (PRC): The PRC has submitted briefings to UN bodies, raising alarms over the dire conditions of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli detention centers. Their reports describe severe mistreatment, including torture, degrading treatment, and denial of fundamental rights such as access to medical care and legal representation.

Legal Testimonies: Khaled Mahajna, a lawyer with the Commission of Detainees’ Affairs, shared accounts from Gazan detainees detailing severe abuses, including rape and electrocution. One detainee described witnessing the rape of fellow detainees, leaving them in critical physical and mental condition.

Media Investigations: A CNN investigation featured testimonies from former Palestinian detainees alleging sexual abuse during interrogations. One detainee recounted being ordered to strip naked, subjected to beatings, and experiencing invasive assaults with objects.

there is no smoke without fire. to call all of this misinformation, when there is evidence, and when there are israeli's saying that its OK to do this. i mean seriously. take a step back and look at it neutrally. thats what i had to do. read the last 3-4 pages.

The difference between a few garbage cans on fire and an entire burning forest fire. The UN and Palestinian agencies are the least credible sources possible to give a proper scale of wrongs on either side of the Arab-Israeli conflict. The reported and verifiable cases exist, but they are so infrequent and low in number that they're similar to the background noise in American prisons. Two total cases of Arab women being raped by Israeli guards since the war began despite the massively larger scale of Palestinians under Israeli detention, compared to widespread gang rapes and murders on October 7th. The substantiated estimates for US prisons is about 750 per year when we hold 1.23 million people compared to 10,000 palestinians held, multiply that and you'd expect a base rate around 6 per year. Add in the credible accounts of male inmates abuse by Israel and you're probably well ahead of that, but not by anything remotely like what Palestinians do when the roles are reversed

Its the disproportionality. Israelis overwhelmingly disapprove of abusing prisoners and support an ethical armed forces. Palestinians overwhelmingly support terrorism and wanton violence towards civilians. The two aren't equitable.

Yeah well, they lied about the Holocaust.
Then upon that lie to this day they push for Multiculturalism and White guilt.
The foundation for their whole existence is lies.

disproportionate is probably a poor choice of words. by any account, edit, sorry, by any neutral observers account, israels actions have been disproportionate. do you not agree? make a stand.

having my own history i utterly distance myself from the PapaPsych post.

NGMI, giving them the justification to continue lying.
At least my reason is the real harm they are doing to my country.
It is fun to point out that they are doing it again though so I'll give you that.
Did you at least watch that Tantura documentary?

that has little to do with your original post though. There was a book, probably several, written about the event you are now referring to. TLDR: the holocaust did in fact happen.

What would proportionate be?
Hamas launched a genocidal attack with the aim of raping and killing any jews they met with no quarter given, and are supported by most of their populace in this. It seems a proportional response would be the total destruction of Gaza and its people. There's nothing remotely proportionate about Israel launching a counterattack where they knock on roofs and call ahead to minimize civilian casualties, where they take prisoners from anyone who surrenders, where they provide humanitarian aid. Targeting combatants and being unable to distinguish collateral damage, or infrequent abuses- really pale in comparison to a 7th century mentality of terrorists.
Palestinian losses have been lopsided, but that's also an issue of proportional demographics

I don't think Israel should be engaged in a proportional response, the entire Israeli - Palestinian conflict since the 40s has been premised in the ethical decision of Israel permitting the existence of a population that would kill them all if they got the chance.
