Trump should be condemned for inciting a completely pointless riot, but not by the same hypocrites who supported violence just a few months ago which came with a far higher casualty list.

Police officers were targeted for assassination all year, multiple were shot. But better late than never, I'm glad you now care.

Obviously assassinating police officers is over the line. Nobody is going to defend that.

However, the BLM protests were over a very real and historical problem in our country. The capitol riot was over a totally fabricated issue that was a direct attempt to totally overthrow a legitimate election.

There's a bit of a difference there, and I'd say it's kind of an important difference.
