It's really hard to argue that he isn't a really unpopular president already. He's even pissing off Republicans with how poorly he's handled healthcare.

yeah, the electoral college was drawn up to prevent Saint Hillary inventor of politics from campaigning in Wisconsin.
and for one thing we never had a revolution to replace a Monarchy with an Emperor, so any advice on 'fix that shit' will not be useful from you.

Actually he's surprisingly not. Its the weakest issue he's got for sure on the policy front, and its notable that the pollsters are coming out saying Trump's opposition is almost almost all personality based and very few people oppose him for his policy. The healthcare plan is very unpopular right now, but its not rubbing up on Trump enough yet, and Trump knows the risk of both getting his hands dirty from the unfinished bill and rubbing his own stink on it, and is keeping his distance. But gallups latest poll didn't show Trump being exposed on healthcare, not yet at least.

Yeah I suppose Trump wouldn't be getting heat for the healthcare bill necessarily. I guess it would mostly rub on the rest of the Republicans.

Sometimes I forget Republicans don't actually want a leader so much as just a strong figure to help them sleep at night.
