hes talking about the people who sold stock when the coronavirus really started to spread. he doesn't understand that plenty of people went all-cash or adjusted their portfolios when this started cascading into europe.
then again, he's pushing 40 and doesn't understand basic economics so it's not a surprise this sort of activity makes him envious

e: im sure he will want most of us here jailed when we buy low and the stocks go back up in some time

She was the one who reported the sale and it occurred before the meeting. Her husband also controlled the blind trust as well. That part gets left out. Of course this will be the only one that gets reported and circulated though. Feinstein needs to go anyway. Investigate them all. (probably won't happen)
