The barbarity and savagery of the Latin American natives is well documented, which is why they were exterminated and the land is now called Latin America

You punch somebody, charges pressed, you raise the affirmative defense that he's a Nazi, and present your evidence.

Not infallible as jury-packing is a thing.

How about just nobody punches anybody? This has worked so well.

No procedure is ever infallible.

As long as Nazis exist then there is no basis to say "this has worked". They still exist, therefore there is a problem.
