Are you unaware of the separation of church and state?
Churches lobbying is ridiculous.
Citizens arent the state. They have rights.
I should have known you didnt know what separation of church and state meant.

Churches not being able to participate in elections is what defines a secular democracy with a separation between religion and state. We keep church and state separate to create a more free election, where ppl are not told what to vote by a religion, they can keep an open mind. It stops a democracy from becoming a theocracy, in where not every ones right is equal anymore.
As for giving voting results to ruling governments: If a government would be able to check what their citizens vote for, they would be able to influence them more directly. like (a rather friendly method): making it more difficult to get a voters ID, or to go extreme, we can look at North Korea: have two voting stands: one for Kim, the other for the opposition. Ofc guards will see which one you will use.
Separation of church and state means the government cant disallow specific types of worship.
