no, im implying that CNN is as hell-bent to spin each and every story against trump as breitbart is hell-bent on spinning everything against liberals/Democrats.

as I said: the phrasing in the CNN article is very suggestive and tendentious: "voting history" is - in my opinion - deliberately stated without further explanation to give the impression that the trump administration wants to find out who voted for whom, while they infact just want to know who went to vote in which years. as you can see in Knaapie's comments, this spin works just fine with those readers who are eager to hear something negative about trump.
