I found it pretty amusing. This movie also made a considerable amount at the box office.

Ah yeah, I remember. I think you're right. Although I think perhaps Plantinga may agree and concede that there is a maximally large being (i.e. modal realism https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modal_realism ). I don't see any reason why the argument would apply to omniscience+omnipotence+wholegoodness and not other properties.

I have a really hard time with modal logic though.

Oh fuck talk about brainwashing. This is what's wrong with the whole conversation. The movie paints the atheist as a God hater not just an unbeliever, It's like come on people try to have some understanding as far as where they are coming from at least.

Belief in God doesn't make a person anymore moral than an atheist, Christians know that through grace they are saved . Human nature determines a person's morality, personality, environment, education, and up-bringing all factor in.

That movie is so bad it is funny scary funny. hopefully neither side took it to heart.
