That's a speed for pussies. Also, there's plenty of civilians who can have a reason to legally go above the speed limit with civilian cars. Park rangers, paramedics during on-call duty, voluntary firefighters, tornado chasers and so on.

Yeah, I mean if you’re going that fast & get into any type of wreck you’re pretty much going to die. Then again I live around Houston, & the speed limit on I10 is 75 mph, & people are routinely going 85-90+ in the left lane lol. There’s always 18 wheelers & normal people going 65-70 in the right lane, 75 in the middle lane, & then there’s always a small caravan of 4-5 cars going 85-90 in the left lane. Even then sometimes someone going even faster comes up behind you, & you either speed up or get over haha

So why do you focus on gun crime rates though, instead of overall crime rates? Guns aren't the only thing that can be used to commit crimes.

Also, when you reduce the number of guns circulating, of course you are going to get lower gun crimes. But this is hardly impressive or even useful.

Furthermore, maybe to some people, having somewhat elevated gun crime rates is a small price to pay. Having easy access to firearms is of primary importance to them. Gun-grabbers can cry "but but but gun crime rates would go down!!" but they need to realize that that is their priority. This priority is not shared by everybody.

Daycares aren't the cause of the decline of nuclear families. Rather, it's the result of it. Costs of living went way up, and families can no longer depend on one income to survive. Both parents need to work. So they have to put their kids in daycare.


You shouldn't call people that. You should try and understand their position, where they are from, why they believe in the things they do. Calling people things like chicken little is unproductive and only serves to alienate people even more.
