I am not sure what you are trying to say, let me reinforce/clarify my view (the facts):

Israel does not recognize the ICC, and therefore they will not simply hand these people over to the ICC. The ICC has no jurisdiction in Israel. Israel will continue to steal land, bomb, ethnic cleansing, genocide etc, do their thing for years and years to come. it is what it is. it is an exercise in insanity if one thinks that doing the same thing for decades will result in a different outcome. We should expect that Israel will annex (Steal) land in the next 12-24 months (parts of gaza and the west bank) and this cycle of violence will repeat in a few years time. kids grow up and remember.
