Russia isn't involved in the investigation at this moment. Russia was involved in the election, but evidence directly implicating Trump isn't going to appear. Looking for that for an extended period is likely just to make the Democrats look like immature obstructionists.

The big part is that Comey said Trump was not under direct investigation.

Because of that fact, the act of Trump firing Comey had nothing to do with "Obstruction of Justice."

That does not make sense. True, there's not elections going on at this moment. Guess what, their will be again shortly. Russia is the reason for the investigation, of course they are involved.


If the investigation was not affecting him, why did drumpf feel the need to "fire" the FBI director who's in charge of the investigation?

Lets forget about the entire Russian investigation. Lets talk about Trump's obstruction of justice and him suggesting to Comey to drop the Flynn investigation, then later firing Comey. Any opinion on that?
