Yeah, sure, but what a lockdown means in a specitic case can vary a ton. It can be as soft as the situation in Belgium, where 'lockdown' currently means a ban on gatherings of groups of more than 2 people. At the other end of the spectrum would be a total lockdown where your dog has to poo into your appartment and every economic activity which isnt extremely vital (production of medical equipment and drugs, production of food, urgent maintenance of utilities) is on hold.
