Oh of course, I forgot, it's illegal to walk up to someone so a baseball bat couldnt be used as a weapon ever. And it's also perfectly safe to swing a baseball bat around wildly in a crowded place, you wouldnt hit anything by accident...
The point is that the world is very dynamic, the solution to ban or restrict guns is not, and is worthless.

I disagree, I own guns and don't murder. Good luck in accomplishing legislation with such a weak argument. Also there is no such thing as an unintended murder.
