At what point can we stop giving classified information to POTUS?
http://www.reuters.com/article/us-northkorea-missiles-submarines-idUSKBN18K15YNow, before the usual suspects chime in about how the President has the right to declassify information, read this:

So, you are China and Russia, and you are scanning the ocean, trying to train your submarine detection algorithms, and then, bam, Trump gives you a dataset to compare with earlier ones -- possible sub verses highly probable sub, and from this point forward every sub commander has to consider it highly likely they can be detected in all the noise. Is there anything more highly classified, for good reason, than confirmation of the general location of our subs?
Locations/Operating environments of our missile submarine fleet is one of our most guarded secrets. And now, our adversaries have a way to reverse engineer how to detect them, due to this info being given out in such a cavalier fashion.
Note: This doesn't just apply to Trump here (although he's a fucking idiot for divulging this in in the first place). The Philippine transcript of this call was marked as confidential on their end, so someone there, as well as someone in the Trump administration, leaked this confidential transcript out. There is blame to go around, here.
