You can either look it up and realize that what I’m saying is true, or you can keep avoiding the point.

I’m the one who served in the army. I’m the one who knows what’s happening at the border because I was the one guarding it. I know what the orders were, and you can read articles from morning to night, but that still won’t replace boots on the ground by the border.

You might not care about what’s said on TV 20 times a day, but for Israelis who lived through October 7th, it matters. For Israelis sitting in shelters in the north, it matters. And now that we understand more clearly what’s at stake, we’re ready to sacrifice more to put an end to the Iranian threat once and for all.

You’re allowed to think everything revolves around the U.S., but we’re the ones taking the hits, and we’re the ones who will strike back tenfold.

To think that Israel isn't a US proxy attack dog is delusional

The attack dog bites, and the attack dog takes the retaliation

You're just America's biggest and meanest dog on the block

Half baked? It's an axiomatic principle. Those who belief nothing, will fall for anything, period

Calling Israel a “U.S. proxy attack dog” is way too simplistic. Israel acts based on its own needs, especially when it comes to protecting itself in a tough neighborhood. Sure, the U.S. and Israel are close allies, but Israel’s decisions are usually about its own survival, not just doing what the U.S. wants.

Yes, Israel deals with retaliation, but that’s because it’s defending itself, not because it’s someone else’s puppet. It’s a lot more complicated than that.

Hilonim doesn’t mean they don’t believe in anything. Many Hilonim in Israel identify strongly with Jewish culture, traditions, and values like myself, even if they don’t follow strict religious practices or laws. Their connection to Judaism can be cultural, historical, or spiritual, and they often celebrate holidays and observe traditions in ways that are meaningful to them, without adhering to religious orthodoxy.

It's a little simplistic, but the message holds true. I understand that Israel has it's own interests, and lots of people say the opposite - that it is Israel walking America around on a leash instead.

But this point is simple: if American support for Israel ends, Israel also ends. That makes them not sovereign, and instead beholden to America's interests as a 1st priority. I mean for God's sake, Israel's actions in this war were largely controlled by what the American media reported.

If American support for Israel were to stop, it would undoubtedly create significant challenges for Israel, particularly in terms of military aid, diplomatic backing, and economic assistance. The U.S. has been a crucial ally for Israel, providing military technology, financial support, and a strong diplomatic shield, particularly at the United Nations.

However, Israel is a highly capable and resilient state, with a strong military, a robust economy, and a history of navigating regional challenges. While American support has been crucial, Israel has developed its own capabilities over time, including in defense technology and intelligence. Israel would face greater difficulties without U.S. support, but it is unlikely to cease to exist. It would likely need to seek out new alliances and adapt its strategies, but its survival would depend on its ability to continue securing its borders and maintaining its security in a complex and hostile region.

Regarding the recent war, while the U.S. plays a big role through diplomatic support and shaping how the world sees things in the media, Israel’s actions are mainly based on its own security concerns, intelligence, and military plans. It’s not accurate to say Israel’s whole strategy is controlled by American media. The relationship between the two countries is complicated and based on shared interests, but Israel makes its own decisions and isn’t entirely influenced by American priorities.

How come you are aligned with every country that is aligned with the US but against every country that isn´t?

Why is it Saudis have made peace with Iranians, but you haven´t?

Why is it that Saudis have made peace with Yemen, but you haven´t?

Why is it that Saudis have made peace with Assad, but you haven´t?

Somehow, tons of sorta-US-proxies have agency, but the tier 1# proxies never do ..

Why not be smart and play both sides?

Make peace with the shias, and destroy the palestinians. Isn´t that best case scenario?

Call up the chinese, they are good deescalating conflicts

This "Iran" you are so fearful of, in truth is sort of a mutated degenerative creation, one that the US created by overthrowing the Iranian democracy and giving power to a ruthless dictator

You talk about self-interests, but how can there be self-interest with no agency?

Israel was on the brink of peace with Saudi Arabia, but October 7th disrupted everything.

The reason Israel hasn’t made peace with all Arab countries lies in the “Three Nos” (שלושת הלאים). These refer to a set of conditions outlined by Arab leaders after the 1967 Six-Day War, particularly at the Khartoum Summit in Sudan. The “Three Nos” were
No peace with Israel – Arab nations refused to recognize Israel as a legitimate state.
No recognition of Israel – Arab states would not formally acknowledge Israel’s existence.
No negotiations with Israel – Arab countries would not enter into direct talks or peace negotiations with Israel.

These “Three Nos” defined the Arab world’s stance towards Israel for many years. While some countries have gradually shifted their position (as seen with the Abraham Accords, where Israel normalized relations with the UAE, Bahrain, and Morocco), many Arab nations, including Saudi Arabia, still adhere to these principles in varying degrees. The events of October 7th, with the ongoing violence, further complicate the possibility of broader peace in the region, as they deepen distrust and reinforce old positions.

The 3 nos is outdated trash, arab nationalism is dead. Iranians aren´t even arabs, they sorta hate arabism.

The US pulled you towards a peace with Sunnis, but never intented to do it for you with shias, that is something you have to do alone or with the help of china (or russia).
