Israel is a westernized wealthy state, very similar to the West. But I think the Haredim are very strict, so the JBs will have a harder time reaching them. And yet still, the majority sect in Israel are still the Hilonim whom are ripe for corruption.
Israel is a unique place with its own mix of cultures, and while it has some similarities to the West, it’s not the same. The Haredim (ultra-Orthodox) are very strict and tend to keep to themselves, so they’re less likely to be influenced by outside ideas. As for the Hilonim (secular Jews), while they may seem more open to different beliefs, it’s not fair to say they’re just “ripe for corruption.” Israel is made up of all kinds of people with different views, and it’s the country’s mix of voices and its ability to talk things through that keeps it strong.
