No, there was a time when people thought for themselves and the people with the best ideas won, these days i can tell you most conservatives positions on anything just by reading murdoch media where he tells them what to think.
I can wait until fox or sky says some lame quip then see it repeated everywhere.
I can look at things like calling public healthcare communism and see how far from jesus the christians have strayed.

I will say that as a person who scans the headlines over at Fox News, it's pretty obnoxious to see people spewing their talking points out as if they were their own ideas.

Not that different for those on the Left and their CNN...
