I don't think they'd care at all. In Germany, they have "Little Istanbuls" and in the UK they have "Little Bombays." Hell, there is a Little America in England right now. What makes you think that they would care?

Well, let's just deal with England at the moment.

Little America is just a term for the housing around two American airbases. Big difference from say a China town in the US.
And those airbases are out in the middle of nowhere, and are there, probably since WWII to watch over the English channel... FOR the UK.

We have one, i go there all the time, great food and atmosphere, why does it bother you so much is the real issue here.
Maybe try some self introspection, why are you afraid of people with differing cultures?

Skin colour is not a team, and race is not a team, plenty of people do not care about race and the majority of chinese americans are glad not to be living in china.
