The point is it's not hard to figure out good quality vs crap. I have returned products because of poor quality many times, it happens. All am hearing is excuses.
Tell you what name me a product that you having difficulty with I am pretty sure in 5-10mins I can find out

Toilet paper.

After a while it's just crap.

Toilet paper ends up flushed down the toilet after one time use and costs incredibly cheap.
Only thing you need to know is how soft you want it.

It's called testing the product. Just one of many ways you can find out the product is good or not. Also many was not the best discriptive word there probably 10-12 times in my life where I had to return products. Not a big deal. Once you figure out a good quality product you don't need to spend more time.

Most of those were from wrong size actually also I didn't really lose anything other then some delivery time. Again you are bitching and looking for excuses.

Is it the only lighter with lifetime guarantee, even without receipt. There's nothing wrong with it, but want to know before I buy one again (lost mine while moving to other location, my fault)

We live in an age where the cartels are still strong. Weve almost entirely stopped enforcing trust laws so big business just keeps absorbing each other and get less competitive.

So a great lighter you just want to know if anything better exists? Most likely some high end lighter but will cost more. If you end up choosing an alternative it won't be much better because lighters are fairly simple products as long as they are not made with plastic they should last forever. Depends what you prefer and what conditions you like to use them, zippos are a classic tried and true, Explorer for fuel free arc lighter
