I am not blaming white people; I am blaming a system that is setup to help white people not minorities.

You’ve been trained to call yourself a loser and blame everyone else. Hate whites? Don’t use the internet, phones, cars, anything produced by the industrial revolution. See how far you get. So a system run by white people who are putting other white people in charge. Basically saying white people's fault with extra steps.
Self opression is doing you more harm then good. Sorry I can't help you in your choice to play victim. That's a journey I cannot understand and certainly cannot give sympathy cause it only feeds the hunger for attention seeking

They are just facts. No one is playing victim. White people have a whole system designed to help them succeed. The system is set against minorities.
Thats why the percentage of minorities incarcerated is through the roof and the top 1% are almost exclusively white.
Deny the facts if you like but don't try to downplay it. Me calling racism and prejudiced for what it is is not and never will be playing victim.

Great idea, we will spend billions of dollars building hospitals to service population 4,000 towns in remote areas..

Instead of building big decent hospitals build small decent hospitals. Just get rid of the bush shacks

Hospitals have specialists and you can't have everyone needed to help an acute situation without some sort of consultation. You can hire a neurologist in the area to do consultation but then you can't tell them where to be etc.

I'm in a smaller hospital and we have geriatric psychiatry but no neurology, which makes treating people hard, because out hospital that has neurology is only 10 miles away but doesn't have an inpatient behavioral health unit for a neurologist to see people with behavioral disturbance etc.

I can see having high quality urgent cares that offer SBIRT services (Screening, brief intervention, referral to treatment) that are standalone emergency rooms, but those aren't for people who are too hurt or you will be waiting for a helicopter.

I don't think you get it, we have thousands of these small towns, spread across an area 73% of the size of the united states with 1/15th of the population.

The tail wagging argument about income is a classic Commie trope too. Poverty doesn't cause crime. Crime causes poverty. Mathematics of income and crime rates prove this in every time and location it is measured.

It's not a competition between Belgium and the USA's least cohesive city, and I don't know if it's more terrible than Detroit or not. It's comparing apples and oranges anyway.
I'm just saying that Belgium is a terrible example to use for a "socially cohesive" country. You can probably find dozens of countries that are more "socially cohesive" where the quality of life is far worse.



I'd love to see a source on that, but I'm just an average user on an Internet forum so I'm not going to pretend that I would read your source if you did share it.
Let's just say that I have never heard anyone non-ironically suggesting that crime causes poverty significantly more than vice versa, and if you think there's mathematics that prove this then I'll preemptively say that these mathematics are off.
