Were there abortions done legally before roe v wade? Was roe v wade a question of states rights? Is the right to an abortion explicitly in the constitution, or was it pulled from a slow transition from protection from unlawful search and seizure, to a right to privacy which doesn’t actually exist within the text, next to the right to purchase condoms, and very soon after the right to abortion nation wide all the way up until the third trimester?

Did the writers of the constitution mean for the protection from unlawful search and seizure to be stretched and stretched until it magically forced states to legalize abortion? Roe v wade is not by any means the ruling which keeps abortions from being flat out banned. That is such a stupid argument made to pull the heart strings of idiots like OP who have no idea what the ruling actually changed, and how thin the air was in which the ruling was pulled from.
