Maybe this is a stupid question because I don't have Twitter, but to all these people posting streams of twitter screenshots, are you just following people you hate? Same with all the Facebook crap. Most of these screenshots look like nobodys, 1 like, 21 tweets, etc. So is it just right wing people actually following nut jobs so they can use screenshots as political ammo or are you finding pleasure in it? Whats the deal?

I mean both sides do it. Take a snippet of someone dispicable on the extreme end of the political spectrum, finger point at it, so you can go ooga booga other side bad look at this 1 person that apparently represents the entire other side. *pitchforks*

For all we know half of them are Russian bots trying to stir up the pot.

Edit: And in my experience, it’s typically the people that lack critical thinking skills that rely upon it/fall for it. Either that or they spend too much time on the internet and lack the perspective of in person human interaction

Certainly. Its a cakewalk to try to paint your political opposition in whatever picture you want since you have absolute nut jobs coming out of the woodwork online that have all kinds of insane takes on things. Those people are insane and they probably have a few wires crossed.

But what does that say to the fools that use it as a form of ammunition by reposting it everywhere trying to make it look like it represents 50% of a population.
