That's fine too but you might have some detox symptoms though if taken raw or by itself. Things like jalapeƱo will increase your metabolism & energy levels.
I usually eat
vanilla ice cream w/ raw green garden jalapeƱos & powdered fenugreek to give it a hot maple flavor before adding anything else. Instantly freezes then heats up sinuses removing gook.
Also be very careful w/ bananas most have banana fungal disease in the middle/center so you have to scoop that goop & inspect carefully for the dry black blight.
The only thing worse than rotten banana oils are uncooked or lightly cooked nuts - they need to have a substantial heat to avoid harmful blight which causes indigestion + upset stomach. Raw almonds for ex are treated w/ racing fuel additives unless they advertise water cooked so there's problems in a multitude of ways.
Spices, alot of them are contaminated if loose - especially regular cinnamon barks (green/blue volatile molds). If you find good ones or a good seller not a bad idea to buy bulk. Smelling them when sinuses are doing good is the way i approach to know the quality.
