Trump will be president again, it will suck, economy is gonna tank and he won't know how to handle it and he will sack his cabinet secretary when it happens and talk about some conspiracy against him in Twitter and a bunch of people who are otherwise smart will defend him and it, and like they say when the economy always tanks during a GOP presidency and recovers throughout a Dem presidency that the president has nothing to do with the DOW. Until a GOP guy is elected into a growing economy again and they will pretend his business acumen is leading the country.
There is not really a reason to talk about this much more as I know the responses.
Excellence, back to Harris, reasons...she is black and black people might come out and vote for her. She is a tough woman who seems able to handle aggression from males very well, where Trump won't know how to deal with a woman equal to him or who has more personal power than him.. she isn't a frail model trying to sell him pussy she is a tough lawyer who has made controversial and tough decisions and could also beat Trump in an actual fistfight more than likely. She ain't a mail order bride and she ain't Nancy Pelosi. She would likely campaign in Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, other Blue industrial states that HRC ignored, that have strong working class bases, which is naturally Democrat. Her health care proposals are more gradual and offer a mixed state and private solution rather than just state solution and that is less scary to a general electorate than a shitty Anthem and Humana Medicare for all plan. I think interpersonally she would keep her cool, not respond when he called her fat, unattractive, nasty, or whatever racial slur he would use if it would fly, etc, and even be able to make a real case for the Democraric party moving on.
Yes she has a troubled past, indicating that she has a track record of working on high acute, high pressure situations, and decision making in those decisions, and then living long enough to have said decisions come back to haunt her. This is a great growing experience but only people who have wore the crown know it hangs heavy.
hope you had a great Friday skinned

just a couple points. one she’s a cop, to quote the officer ricky skit “nobody likes the f’ing cops” so that’s an uphill battle. sure she will get the majority of black voters every (D) candidate does. but underperforming here in the general would be disastrous for Harris, and her current numbers are quite alarming.
two, flip flop mania. she’s all over the place policy wise, most recently “i dont agree with the bill i co-sponsored with barnie”. and as I mentioned before she seems more interested at the moment throwing haymakers at big targets (Barnie, Biden, Warren prob next) rather than getting more people to vote for her. We all saw how poorly that worked for the people Trump dispatched in 2015-2016.
yeah she’s a strong woman that is in the prime age politically with political experience and who can look the part and quite possibly walk the walk. all that may easily trouble Trump, i don’t disagree there. on the other hand he already faced a much stronger and more powerful (imo) woman candidate last general election. while Clinton’s campaign may give Harris (or any other (D) candidate) a roadmap of what not to do, it will not give anyone the inherent advantages, clout, and electability that Hillary Clinton had. only Biden really carries that.
but thanks for following up and have a great weekend!
