But she doesn't, that's the point.  She can just kill the kid to escape the consequences, regardless of what the man wants.

There aren't very many states in which you can abort past the first trimester unless it is therapeutic, meaning the mother's life is at risk.

And the few places it is allowed (Kansas is it I think) can regulate abortion past the first trimester as they see fit.

Prior to the first trimester anything there just isn't viable or a human being yet, however as technology improves and viability becomes earlier (than the first trimester) the issue will be open for debate again.

Roe v. Wade was a good ruling because it anticipated the future.

There is only mathematical logic, everything else is bs

If it can't be converted into math driven by equivalencies, implications,  well established laws from set theories, probability etc, then it aint logic

What? Probability is completely built on set theory :p

Murder.

since he didnt tell her, it is.

but shouldnt be punished as bad.

and imo... having a baby = both ppl should agree on it.

if a guy doesnt want a baby but the girl does, then the guy shouldnt have to take care of it or pay child support.

The idea of probability is based on set theory, yet set theory was conceived several centuries after probability?

Seems legit.

Yes and it had no rigorous backing and was much weaker. Essentially all of current probability theory is built on Kolmogorov's axiomatization. And when we're talking about logical soundness of mathematics, the non-justified version of probability is not valid.

The idea of calculus existed in the method of exhaustion among the Greeks, but by no means was it as powerful or logically justified as it is now.

Indeed, but this is especially heinous. We should execute him twice.
