Abortion is regulated on a state by state basis after the first trimester as ruled in Roe v. Wade by our SCOTUS.

Before that it is a matter of privacy, because only one person is involved.

Roe v Wade is going to be overturned just like every other incorrect ruling. Were you a champion of Plessy vs. Ferguson?

When I learned what the ruling actually was I found out that it was a pretty reasonable ruling and I agreed. Was weird since I was more on the Republican side back then...then I got away from the propaganda.
