You are implying that there are sexual offenders around every corner.
You are also implying that a large percentage of all men are just sexoffenders waiting for an excuse to let go.

I implied no such thing. In fact, I'd argue that my examples are quite just. I've driven approximately 1 million miles so far, without accident, does that mean I should not wear a seatbelt? Admit it, you just don't understand the core concept of safety and the providing thereof.

That stat is worthless unless you also list the crimes considering things as minor as streaking when they were 16 get them on the list for life.
