I believe people that are living in tents are not the ones who raped, tortured, maimed, killed or kidnapped Israelis. Big proportion of them are minors who are literally physically unable of doing thing you described above. Exposing kids to traumatizing conditions of living in a tent camp is a sure fire way to radicalize them and ensure you always have a reason to “protect your borders” going forward for decades (unless you plan to murder them all). Uneducated orphans that have nothing to lose are very easy to radicalize.
I still don’t understand what the plan is besides collective punishment?

What exactly do you expect from Israel in regard to Gaza ? Until they’ll lay down their arms and agree to live peacefully next to Israel they’ll be considered hostile and so are the enemy of Israel. In which world you help your enemy to rebuild its power ?
The radicalize population is a joke. What’s more radical than hamas ? Hamas 2.0 ? Literally every soldier going out from Gaza tells the same story, that uninvolved are hard to be found. Hamas is the system. Hamas is Gaza and is the Palestinians. It’s in their text books,in their homes absolutely everywhere.

I think Israel will fully settle eg West Bank as people there have no way of defending themselves (they have no legal rights and no arms to protect themselves). International community is not able or willing to do anything about it. Once West Bank is fully settled in a decade or two, it is highly likely that a new frontier will be opened to make space for more population. I believe you can even rent houses that settlers took over on Booking.com or Airbnb right now.
Israel is not the USA against the Indians. The West Bank , same like Gaza , is a complicated thing that will be solved only if the Palestinians will agree to live peacefully next to the Israelis. Plain and simple.
