The lies that the news organizations that are purposefully spreading lies and rumors are excusable in their conduct. Willful ignorance.

this wasn't a simple mistake, they ran an article without having editors review the content at all. they also did the now-common trick of using 'unnamed unverified senior official who was bunkmates at 6th grade camp with a source with familiarity with the person involved in the situation's thinking'

remember the nyslimes tried this and Comey testified under oath that they knowingly ran #fakenews
