I've never voted for a party instead of a person, I've never considered Democrats to be "my side", and I've been openly critical of Democrats the entire time I've been posting on this forum.

If you think both parties are equal, then you're an idiot. If you think which is better or worse is dependent on what you value, you are correct. If you think based on your values they are roughly equal such that a distinction can't be meaningfully made, then I'm gonna ask you to give your reasons. But saying neither party is more truthful, you're just being lazy and desperately trying to convince yourself that you're enlightened. One party's reasoning and stances conforms with reality significantly more than the others, and that's just obvious if you're willing to take a critical eye.

The bold is most definitely true. It was probably true before Trump got into office, and now it's blatantly obvious.

Now, there's a level of untruthfulness for every politician, because it's just the way politics works. You overpromise, you use hyperbole, you interpret the numbers in a biased way(looking at you Elizabeth). But on the whole, Democrats are more tethered to reality than Republicans.

Yup, democrats are more tethered to reality than republicans. Thats why my main concerns for this country are whether hormone therapy will be affordable for my kids like the LGBT summit. Or how I'll get free healthcare for illegal aliens like the debates. Or how every democrat in the national sphere could turn to cameras and baldly lie about Trump and Russia for 2 years. Harping on about a pee tape, Al Franken chasing down Jeff Sessions like a McCarthyist and Schiff getting pranked by Russian radio hosts trolling him with fake nudie pics of Trump. The democrat's dedication to honesty is why they all lined up behind Clinton in 2016 and why they falsely smeared Wikileaks, why they denied and suppressed the JFA and why they ran fake Russian bot accounts so create a hoax cyber campaign to link Roy Moore to Russia. The honest of the democrats is shown in how they handle the evidence against Ilhan Omar and her ethics violations and crimes by either completely ignoring and suppressing it, or labeling everyone who brings it up islamophobic. And lord knows that honesty was on display in debates over the Green New Deal. And to this very day they continue to show that merit by refusing to talk about Joe Biden's misdealings in Ukraine or the genesis of Euromaiden, and ignore how Adam Schiff broke house rules while conspiring with Eric Ciaramella, also a man who doesn't exist because nonexistent disclosure rules have to come before truth sometimes.

/e and lets not forget every time democrats dogpilled on twitter, for juicy smolett, the covington kids, black kid bullying hoaxes, every police shooting that turned out to be justified, every fake abc/cnn/nbc scoop on russiaburger, etc etc. They don't get enough credit for their chorus work

Nah dude, thats your political bias. The only way to be enlightened and euphoric is to be a coward and refuse to take a position.

We can just look at the most popular opinion shows on television. Compare Hayes/Maddow to Tucker/Hannity. The level of intellect and truthfulness on one side isn't even comparable to the other.

"i dont vote for the party automatically", said the man who had only voted for one party.

seriously, the idea of you voting for a republican on a national or even state ticket is ridiculous.

it's ok buddy, we all get tricked by people from time to time. one time i bought a lawn mower in "working condition" that shredded the belt first time i started it up. and one time you lived an entire life voting for policy proposals by a party that never follows through and if they did toss you a few crumbs it was nothing like what you voted for. it can happen to anyone i tell ya.

as to me the "coward" i take a stand in every single election. you take a seat.

The Democratic party in its entirety bought into a fantastical conspiracy theory involving Trump pissing on prostitutes and being a personal stooge handpicked by Putin.

I think it's safe to say that it will be decades before anyone takes them seriously.

lol ok bud. Next you'll be telling me why I hate god and you can see how many demons are around me. I flat out told the forum which Republican candodates I would have voted for over clinton, but whatever.

Your "neither is perfect so both are the same" attitude is something you should have dropped when you were about 19, but we all have our spots of stunted growth I guess.
