The slight difference between cow/horse manure is a blessing.
Also you said something i didn't agree on but you're right. Chicken/Sheep are also great manure. To be fair, it all come down to what you grow.
Out of curiosity, how much you guys sell your manure down there?
i live in the Dairy state of Wisconsin. you pay people to take manure, not the other way around.
i dabbled with selling chicken manure in 5 gal buckets at farmers markets, wasnt worth it. i had to break it down over a few months, package, and price in a bucket. no one wanted to pay what it cost me in time so i just use it now.
horse manure has like 100 craigslist ads where u scoop it u own it. cow manure they put in pits and spray on fields, almost no anhydrous sprayed as a result in my area.
what are you growing that a .1 difference in N P and K is a blessing?

edit: these are the raised bed i used. they are real good. I always wanted to learn to craft my own but for the price they cost, not sure it work the hassle even if i love learning new set of skills.
Look into charles dowding. especially indoors, ditch the raised beds, go no dig. with that heavy of a compost/manure mix id suggest no dig.
