What i can observe:
- Half of the total is done by -blacks-.
- ~90% of blacks murders are done on others -blacks-.
Removing all crime made by -blacks- will down the homicide rate from 3.9 to 1.95, that is actually still superior than france (1.2) or UK/GER (0.9)
Meaning everything you posted to me was completely wrong.
Question: Are you considering -black- people are not real americans ?
