Not Nobel winning peace like the one Obama received out of affirmative action. But 4 years of relative peace so it gives the world some breathing space.

If you have been trying since the 60s and things didn't change. It means the population became weaker and weaker to fight tyranny.

Doesn't take someone to live there to understand this simple concept.

It is the arrogance that you think people who live outside your bubble doesn't know.

The world at large have a better understanding of the States than the average folks in the States have an understanding of the world.

This is a fact.

This is actually a great take on the average American who has no clue what is happening even now at this late hour.

I was talking with someone earlier and he's a native of India and we were discussing how "America was in the lead as a super power" and now other countries are catching up FAST. America is still the gold standard and he gave me a bunch of reasons why he personally loved America.

1) Global super power. Powerful military and armed citizens.

2) Electricity, Plumbing, Housing, etc. (We have all the infrastructure built and our highway system and other things essentially make any part of America accessible)

3) States. States having their own "way" of doing things but yet we still function as ONE nation.

4) Financial powerhouse. Strong stock market. People want to build businesses here or products here and vice versa. Essentially any successful "foreigner" would rather be HERE then their country of origin. If they make enough money in America they can always go back or buy a home in their native land.

5) Safety. The average American city is 100x safer then a country that has "1st world cities" and then poverty/starvation down the street.

6) Access to health care at ANY cost is better then "no health care at all"

7) Free speech. Freedom to practice their religion in PEACE without government interference.

The most "successful" Americans financially are Indians and Asians per capita and I've talked to plenty that came from China/India and I never ONCE got the impression that they wanted to "go back" they wanted to start the "American way of life". I don't think they dislike/despise their home country they just think "America runs better" and offers more for less.

I love my home state of Illinois and even though my home city of Chicago is a shell of what it once was or could be I have no plans on moving to another state and Chicago, Illinois is like LA or New York it's a giant diverse city and even though we all can't get along we normally don't kill each other. Many "Chicagoans" fled the city/state for Texas/Florida/Tennessee. Barack Obama went to DC and then abandoned the city that made him. The "Obama Presidential Library" was suppose to be built a long ass time ago. State is so broke can't do anything but we already HAVE everything. Tell Obama we said "Hi" it's more likely he visits Beijing then Chicago

Even with all the migrants flooding in all Chicagoans laugh these people have no clue the "high ass taxes" "high cost of goods" just total government scams that are helping them be here but then they can't afford to stay here when Uncle Sams money runs out. The whole joke here is that they are giving some migrants basically $15,000 to help them "get started". They can't make it unless they work 2-3 jobs like most other people. They complain that they thought they were getting to live the American Dream only to find out it's "Consumerism and Debt". Oh and did I mention 5-6 months of WINTER(Early November through March). Is it racist to say people originally born in warm climates don't do good in cold weather?

Imagine you're the tens of thousands of "illegals" in the city of Chicago and you didn't get as much "Uncle Sam funds" as you thought and now winter is right around the corner. That's the pathetic part of Chicago is that our local government told all these people to come here and there is no housing left and if there is get ready to drop the $15,000 Uncle Sam gave you.

I don't get it. Why would anyone just "migrate" here the way they are doing it. They don't. Other states pay us to have us take their "migrants" it's why we are called a "Sanctuary City".

The worst part about Democrats is they lied to these immigrants and said there'd be jobs and houses and opportunities. Little did they know.......

and now winter is around the corner and I'm going to see these immigrants begging for money in the bitter cold. How cruel a punishment from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris they should be asahmed of themselves as human beings. Forget politics.
