Back when Trump was accepted to college the entrance exams were still merit based and could be used to measure IQ. His were in the 145-155 range.

I don't know if that figure is certain, but his IQ is definitely +130.

So yeah that seems extremely unlikely. Based on his speech I'd guess very high social intelligence, average to below average autistic intelligence (what IQ tests measure).
