Jefferson did it first in his campaign against Adams. He hired reporters to run fake stories about him and worse.

He was perhaps the greatest warlord in American history. I have mixed personal feelings but the man was Great.

presumably Jackson only makes the list because of his appearance on the 20 and his power. So how does the only president to drop a nuke, and 2 at that, not make the list?
