Ok this is off topic, but I have always wondered about the process of juror selection. Do they put anything in place that "screens" jurors in some way? Like, maybe making sure that they are educated enough, or familiar with the legal system enough, or impartial enough, or that they don't let their own politics or personal bias influence the outcome of the trial..etc etc? In other words, how do they select jurors?

The reason is pretty simple. I am not acting in self defense if I am actively putting myself in danger.

Kyle was associated with extremists who were posting about killing rioters. If history started 5 minutes before Kyle pulled the trigger then you would be right. It's a slam dunk self defense case. But it didn't.
