No, Rick Perry is qualified to lead the energy department over all the great minds out there even though he was going to close it in 2008 and forgot the name of the other department he was going to close too.

Also if you donate 9 mil you can lead the department the energy guy was going to close but forgot about.

If you knew the first thing about politics and weren't blinded by your own hysterical babbling as the party implodes, you'd have noticed that the GOP's base of support right now is not only exceptionally diverse but also fractious, encompassing neocons, gun nuts, evangelicals, libertarian paulites, warhawks, bernouts, pedes, tea partiers, rednecks and establishment moderates. They couldn't agree on the toppings for an extra large pizza let alone social or fiscal policy. Half want to dismantle the government and shrink the debt, the other half want to to spend and blow shit up.
In a reality in which the DNC was actually competent, the obvious divisions within the GOP ranks present opportunity to divide and conquer both in elections and to score policy victories, like compromising with Trump to get universal healthcare when these half hearted house bills flop. But instead we're in the world in which the DNC is scared of its own rebellious base who drink the koolaid and aggressively attempt to ostracize anyone who doesn't, publicly attempting purity tests and eating their own and having a real tea party-esque meltdown without any of the temporary gains.
