Zelenski is still claiming Russia but literally everyone else is leaning towards Ukraine.

I generally think Zelenski should shut his mouth more often, but I appreciate he's desperate and desperation makes for desperate claims and attempts. In general he doesn't appear to hurt himself and his cause with rhetoric. However, in this case, absolutely noone is buying his bs and he'd do well to admit the possibility it was Ukrainian ordinance. People are much more likely to forgive a mistake then a double down on a desperate lie.
